Il problema è legato a questioni di compatibilità del software UDIP con la versione di JAVA installata. Si ricorda che per il corretto funzionamento del software UDIP è necessario utilizzare: - UDIP v4.0.1 disponibile sul sito di MARSS - JAVA v8.25 oppure JAVA v7 precedenti alla 7.75. Si consiglia di disinstallare versioni Java diverse eventualmente presenti sul PC, poichè non si garantisce il corretto funzionamento del sistema. Nel download dei file JAVA si ricorda inoltre di prestare attenzione al sistema operativo del PC, poiché i file Java sono differenti per il 32bit e 64bit. Si consiglia di installare il installare il Java a 32 bit anche su sistemi a 64 bit prima di ricorrere ai file per sistemi a 64 bit
